- The apartments are ready from 3.00 pm. We kindly ask you to let us know what time you are likely to arrive and/or call us around 30 minutes prior to arrival. This way we can ensure that we are on site to give you your apartment key and you don't have to wait to check in to your apartment.
- Apartments should be vacated by 10.00 am.
You can order fresh bread rolls on site daily free of charge.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the whole of our Flachauer Bergkristall.
In winter:

You'll find free parking for your car in front of the house.
Our house is a non-smoking house. Smokers may enjoy their cigarettes on the balcony or outdoors.
Apartment prices are excluding resort tax. This is € 2,00 per person over 15 years per night.

- Please note that payment by credit card or EC-card is not possible!
Cancellations must be made in writing.
- Up to 3 months prior to arrival no cancellation fees.
- For cancellations made up to 1 month prior to arrival we charge 40% of your booking.
- For cancellations made 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival we charge 70% and in the week prior to arrival 90%.

There are special conditions for booking.com reservations.
Unfortunately you might have to cancel your holiday, arrive late or depart early. A booking is a purchase agreement and in such circumstances cancellation fees are incurred. Therefore, we recommend you take out Travel Insurance.
